Payment terms first order payment with order unless by prior arrangement. For prices that include delivery it is to one UK mainland address. For Highlands and offshore Islands, please ring for quote. We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Samples of items can be sent on payment of minimum amount rate (contact us for details). Inspection upon Receipt. All goods received by you or your client must be inspected within 3 working days of delivery and any shortages or quality issues reported to the supplier (the company you placed your order with) in writing.
